We hereby commit to paying a commission equal to five percent (5%) of the net sale price for each sale directly attributable to a referral made using the campaign identifier provided by the internationally recognized Sedo Affiliate System. Specifically, any Affiliate promoting our platform via a URL in the format https://vip.auction?ref=campaignId shall become eligible for our commission only once the Sedo system notifies the Affiliate of a successful sale. For any commission provided by Sedo, Sedo’s terms and conditions shall apply. In contrast, this Affiliate Provision represents the complete and exclusive agreement between us and the Affiliate with respect to our commission payable on referred sales.
